Cancellation and Retention Policy
a. Registrations cancelled of Authors whose papers have been sent for publication in the conference proceedings by November 25, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after 25th November, 2011 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee. However in both the cases the copy of Conference Proceedings will be send to you.
b. Registrations cancelled of PhD scholars participating in Doctoral Colloquium by December 7, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after December 7, 2011 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
c. Registrations cancelled of Authors participating in Poster Presentation by December 15, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after December 15, 2011 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
d. Registrations cancelled of Non Author Industry Participants by December 31, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after December 31, 2011 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
To cancel a registration, please send an email to marconference@iiml.ac.in and include “Conference Cancellation” in the subject line
IIML reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.
